MiraTools provides a hosted AI chat service for websites, including a WordPress plugin. The WordPress plugin code distributed through WordPress.org is licensed under GPL. Paid plans apply to the hosted SaaS service, not the plugin code.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
MiraTools offers a free plan with up to 50 conversations per month, plus paid plans from $19 to $99 per month. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity; to send spam or malware; to process data you do not have the right to use; or to interfere with or reverse engineer the service.
You keep ownership of your content, including chat data. You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service.
We may update or modify the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless expressly agreed in writing.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim. For free plan users, liability is limited to EUR 100. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Courts in Lithuania have jurisdiction unless mandatory law says otherwise.
